Great Post!
Same as the others, I like the variety of examples and web 2.0 tools listed here.
I already believed in the power of Facebook and Twitter. These last weeks I became aware of the rising importance of wikis. I am fascinated by the creation of collective intelligence and can't wait to read about success stories like the ones you listed here!
Thanks for sharing and being part of it! ;)

Thanks for the links Pete. That is a well constructed and well research list. As Jamie said, I like the fact that the list covers a variety of different frields; from fast food to technology to banks and PR firms.

The Coca-Cola story is an interesting one and I'll definitely have to investigate that further.

If you're interested you should read my blog on Enterprise 2.0 in action: http://benmccallum.wordpress.com/2009/08/19/enterprise-2-0-in-action/

Just as a side note: I've noticed your comments section cuts of the final character on the right hand side of everyone's comments. Might be worth checking into.

Thanks for the list!

Excellent post ! Good variety of companies and thier achieved resuts through web 2.0. I particularly like the way you structure your posts. Im very new to blogging and realise my posts are a bit formal compared to most blogs. I aim to present my posts in a manner such as this. Thanks for the great example! Also, very good and timely source (Dawson) on benefits of businesses employing web 2.0.

What a great list, It's amazing to see the wide variety of organisations using these technologies, from IT to fast food to toothpaste! I think a common aspect could be that they want to engage their employees and customers on a level that they are familiar with. For example a lot of companies are using facebook groups and twitter, i think one of the reasons this is working is because people had already begun using these tools so it isn't like learning something new and they can use what they already know to get information and contact the companies they deal with.
